Summary
- We have no forms, accounts, newsletters, analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
- Basic technical data (like your IP address) is processed by our hosting, font and video providers so the site can load.
- California residents have specific rights, described below. Anyone may use them.
Who we are
Franklin Speakers (“we,” “us”) runs franklinspeakers.com, a directory of keynote speakers based in Franklin, Tennessee. Speakers are independent; when you contact a speaker through LinkedIn, that speaker and LinkedIn handle your information under their own policies.
Information we collect
In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Service providers
These providers process limited technical data on our behalf or when you choose to use their features:
- GitHub Pages hosts the site and may log IP addresses for security. GitHub Privacy Statement

- YouTube videos on the TEDx talks page load in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only after you press play. Google Privacy Policy

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking. YouTube may set cookies only after you start a video.
Global Privacy Control: we honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Do Not Track: because we do not track you across sites, our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends a DNT signal.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.
Retention
Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to its policy. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and are deleted within 24 months.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and the sources and purposes.
- Access a copy of the specific personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do neither.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect it.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83), you may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not.
How to make a request
Email info@futureforth.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us which right you want to use. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). We may ask for information to verify your identity, and we will only use it for verification. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your signed permission.
Children
This site is intended for event planners and businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the “Last updated” date above.
